# PoseGlow Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Android version of PoseGlow, distributed through Google Play. On iOS,
PoseGlow is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement instead.
## The short version
PoseGlow is a camera app that shows you a pose to copy and coaches you through the shot. It needs
a paid subscription, billed through Google Play, which renews automatically until you cancel. You
can cancel any time in Google Play. Your photos are yours and stay on your phone.
None of the summary above replaces the detail below, but nothing below contradicts it.
## Who we are
PoseGlow is published by **Yeap Digital Ltd**, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Yeap Digital Ltd. “You” means the person using the app.
## Accepting these terms
By downloading or using PoseGlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the
app.
You must be **16 or older** to use PoseGlow. The app is rated for users of 16 and above because
the pose overlays are unclothed stylised mannequin figures.
Google Play’s own terms of service also apply to your download and to any purchase you make
through it. Where Google’s terms govern the transaction, they take precedence over ours on that
point.
## What PoseGlow does
PoseGlow overlays a translucent mannequin figure on your camera preview so you can line yourself
up, offers written coaching prompts, and takes photos. Some features analyse the camera image on
your device to suggest poses or adjust guidance.
**The coaching is suggestion, not instruction.** Pose recommendations, angle suggestions and
lighting prompts are generated automatically from simple heuristics. They are opinions about
photographs, nothing more. They are not professional photographic, medical, dietary, fitness or
psychological advice, and you should not treat them as such.
**Features vary by device.** Some features depend on hardware or platform capabilities that not
every phone has. Where a feature is unavailable on your device, the app hides or disables it. We
do not guarantee that any particular feature will be available on any particular device.
**Use the app safely.** Pay attention to your surroundings when using the camera. Do not use
PoseGlow while driving, near traffic, at heights, in water, or anywhere that being distracted by
your phone would put you or anyone else at risk.
## Subscriptions and billing
PoseGlow requires an active subscription. **There is no free tier** — a subscription is the only
way to use the app beyond the introductory setup screens.
Two plans are offered:
– **PoseGlow Annual**, billed once a year, including a **7-day free trial** for those eligible.
– **PoseGlow Monthly**, billed once a month, with no trial.
The current price of each plan is shown in the app before you buy and in Google Play. Prices are
in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required.
**Payment is taken by Google Play**, charged to the payment method on your Google account. We
never see or handle your card details.
**Subscriptions renew automatically.** Unless you cancel, your plan renews at the end of each
billing period and you are charged the then-current price for another period. Renewal is charged
within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
**Price changes.** If we change the price of a plan, Google will notify you in advance and, where
required, ask you to confirm before the new price takes effect. You can cancel instead.
## Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it is available **once per Google account** and only to accounts
that have not already used it. Google decides eligibility, not us.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged the plan
price automatically. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.
## Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in **Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions**, or at
[play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
Cancelling stops the next renewal. **It does not end the period you have already paid for** — you
keep access until the end of that period, and you are not charged again. Deleting the app does not
cancel a subscription.
## Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google under the Google Play refund
policy. Requests go to Google in the first instance.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are in the UK or the EU, you
normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because the subscription
gives you immediate access to the app, you are asked to agree that supply begins straight away,
and doing so ends that particular right once access starts. Your other consumer rights — including
the right to content that is of satisfactory quality and as described — are unaffected.

where we can.
## Your photos and your content
**Your photos are yours.** Everything you shoot with PoseGlow belongs to you. We claim no
ownership of it and no licence over it.
Your photos, your camera feed and your answers to the setup questions stay on your device. We have
no servers and cannot see any of it. This is described in full in our
[Privacy Policy](https://www.yeapdigital.co.uk/poseglow-privacy-policy/).
Because your content never reaches us, we cannot recover it. **Keeping your photos backed up is
your responsibility.** Deleting the app, or deleting your data from inside it, removes the app’s
copies permanently.
## Acceptable use
You agree not to:
– use PoseGlow to photograph anyone without their knowledge or consent, or in any place where
photography is not permitted;
– use it to create or share material that is unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploitative,
particularly any material involving a minor;
– copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or its pose artwork;
– reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the app’s source code or assets, except to the
extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
– circumvent the subscription, tamper with billing, or use the app through unauthorised means.
Photographing other people carries responsibilities of its own. Consent, privacy and any local
rules about photography are your responsibility, not ours.
## Our content
The app, its design, its coaching text and its mannequin pose artwork are owned by us or licensed
to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Your subscription grants you a personal,
non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you control, for as long as your
subscription is active. It grants nothing else.
“PoseGlow” and our logo are our marks. You may not use them without our written permission.
## Availability and changes to the app
We aim to keep PoseGlow working, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The
app depends on your device, your operating system version, and Google Play, none of which we
control.
We may add, change or remove features, and may stop supporting older devices or OS versions.
Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and, where the law
requires it, receive a proportionate refund for the unused part of your term.
We may stop offering the app entirely. If we do, we will stop taking renewals and let existing
periods run out.
## Disclaimers
Except for the rights the law gives you as a consumer, which we do not exclude, PoseGlow is
provided “as is”. We do not warrant that its suggestions will improve your photographs, that any
recommendation is correct for you, or that the app will meet your expectations.
## Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of photographs or data, loss of profit, or any
indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the app is
limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not responsible for what you photograph, for how you use your photographs, or for anything
that happens to you while using your phone’s camera.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.
## Ending these terms
These terms apply for as long as you use PoseGlow. You can end them by cancelling your
subscription and deleting the app.
We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms — in particular the
acceptable use section. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you the
chance to put it right.
## Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top and publish the new
version at this address. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the
app or through Google Play before it takes effect. Continuing to use PoseGlow after that means you
accept the updated terms.
## Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have
jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the
mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
